2007 ANNUAL LIQUIDATION REPORT
OUR COMMITMENT CONTINUES...
In my over 30 years in the hotel liquidation business I can’t remember a more exciting and challenging year as 2007.
NCL and its friends in the lodging industry certainly must agree that 2007’s theme was “In with the new and out with the old” and I mean out with a boom!
The Sheraton Bal Harbour, Sands Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City and the Crowne Plaza Singer Island, Fl. were all imploded to make way for new “cutting edge” developments.
In every instance our on-site FF&E liquidations were the beginning step that will give these renowned properties “New Life.”
NCL’s to the wall liquidations of landmark properties such as The Watergate Hotel and The Jefferson Hotel in Washington D.C., and the former Le Meridien in Beverly Hills are on target to be completely renovated, insuring that they will maintain their prominence in the lodging industry for many years to come.
On behalf of NCL’s 35 employees in six states, I would like to thank Starwood Hotels, Pinnacle Entertainment, Marriott Vacation Villages, Alexico Management Group, Kor Hotel Group, Monument Realty and SBE Entertainment for having the confidence and trust in NCL to be a part of your future.
Sincerely,
Michael G. Lunsford, CEO
