There are basically two options to liquidating a property: an on-site liquidation sale or a sale off-site. NCL has the expertise to maximize the return on a property’s assets while adapting to individual circumstances.

Hotel Closing – On-Site Sales.

On-site liquidation sales produce the best return when a property is being demolished, converted or will be closed for a period of time for renovation. In fact, NCL routinely generates 300% more when conducting the sale on-site rather than off-site. NCL will guarantee a purchase price for the hotel contents, payable up front, and then conduct an on-site liquidation sale that meets our client’s desired schedule.

Hotel Renovation – Off-Site Sales.

When on-site hotel liquidation is not an option, NCL will remove the hotel’s contents and conduct an off-site sale. Our extensive experience working with property management and contractors assures efficient removal that avoids any disruption in hotel day-to-day operation and inconvenience to guests.
